Our Story so far
Over 6 years ago and on the back of quite a few disappointments of organising end of season presentations for the teams I coached I felt there was a gap in the local retail trophy market. I experienced engraving issues, damaged awards, delivery delays and poor communication. On the back of this MI Trophy was set up to try and offer a better all-round customer buying experience. Over the years since 2016 we have grown year on year with a real focus throughout this period on the customer service and attention to detail we offer as well as a transparent and a well communicated order process. Customer satisfaction and value for money are the core values that have contributed to our continued growth as a business. Hopefully this focused approach has laid down the foundations for further expansions in years to come.
