How do you confirm you have received my order?

When your order has been placed you will receive an emailed order confirmation, if this has not been received then please email info@mitrophy.co.uk or call 07971-300312

How is VAT shown?

All prices quoted include VAT

How will I know when my order is ready for collection or has been despatched by our third party carriers?

If your order has been shipped using one of the major carrier companies, you will be sent you an email and or SMS with your shipping consignment number along with a link to track or trace it.

 If you order is ready for collection then we will either email you or send you a SMS

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept BACS payments, cheques and Paypal payments

How much is engraving?

This will be quoted at the enquiry stage.

How much engraving can I put on my trophy?

This is largely dependent on the trophy or award that you order, our friendly staff will always offer recommendations on this. We can also provide an engraving proof for you to approve.

How long will my order take to process?

We can agree the timescale at the point of order placement and will always ensure that we supply well in advance of your required collection / delivery date.

Please be aware that some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do strive to offer our customers a quality product, with good service at a genuine price. We always use our suppliers RRP price and unlike some our competitors this never gets inflated. 

However we are happy to discuss what discounts we can offer on an order by order basis.
